HGC is one of the Premier Gymnastics Centres in the UK where over 1,000 children and gymnasts come to learn and train each week.

Gymnastics is for all ages & abilities and can be a lot of fun, we have a very extensive array of specialist gym equipment which can be enjoyed by all.
We provide classes for:
- Day time parent and toddler groups
- AM & PM Pre school Gymnastics for the Under 5’s
- After school & weekend Gymnastics classes for School aged children
- Advanced Women Artistic training to International Level
- Advanced Acrobatics Classes to National Level
- Free Gym (Par core / Free running)
Take a look at some of HGC gymnasts in action the following clip features Jocelyn Hunt performing her floor routine at the recent 2010 European Championships which took place in Birmingham in April. Jocelyn was a team member of the 2010 Great Britain team who competed against more than 40 european countries to win the Team Silver Medal !!!, Russia won Gold and Romaina Bronze this tramendos achievement is one of the highest medal positions that the GB team has achieved in this event for many years.
