I was really nervous before the competition as I hadn't competed all four pieces of apparatus since June last year, due to injuries.  Therefore, I wasnt expecting to get a medal or even a flower.  However, as the competition went on I had more belief in myself, and knew that I had quite a good chance of making nationals even if it was as the reserve.  When I had finished the competition I was relieved, and as they were calling out the rankings, I was shocked to find out I had got a silver medal.  I was over the moon, but now knew I had to do it all over again at National Finals!

I felt very nervous but when I started to compete I was enjoying the competition.  I was most nervous on the floor because it is the piece that most people watch.  I was over the moon when I know that I came 3rd on range and conditioning because I find it quite hard!  I felt very happy when I knew I came 4th.  I will be going to Birmingham in April and I am going to meet the team.  I am very nervous though!
