Pre-school Gymnastics

These sessions are run during the day and provide parents with an opportunity to supervise their children as they play and interact with other children to learn co-ordination and balance skills in a safe, padded environment.

These sessions are designed as an introduction to gymnastics. Each class has a BGA qualified coach and is structured, but the emphasis is on play and fun gymnastics. (age range 2 to 4)

Recreational Gymnastics

The vast majority of our members attend these general gymnastics sessions and we provide a complete range of classes from 1-hour beginner's classes to more advanced 2-hour classes. These sessions cater for children who would just like to try gymnastics and participate in the sport, to children that would like to develop there skills further and work towards the various BAGA approved badge and award schemes. These sessions run every weekday and Saturday.

Sports Acrobatics

Within the club we have a very strong sports acro group which has had many successes at county, regional and national competitions. This discipline is primarily a floor activity comprising of pair and trio work with partners as a team, performing floor routines to music which incorporate tumbling, dance and advanced balance work.

Woman's Four Piece Gymnastics

Over previous years the Club has had great success in this discipline, and has had many successes at county and regional competitions. This discipline incorporates Floor, Beam, Bar & Tumble elements, which is very popular with many children. The sessions we currently operate are beginner, intermediate and advanced club levels with classes operating on most days.

Tumbling

Tumbling is incorporated within a number of disciplines within the club, we currently have a 21m long sprung tumble pistes and compete at local regional and national competency levels.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

This is a new group, which we have just started and we are hoping, will develop into a multi-layered ability group, We have a highly qualified coach and would welcome any children with or without Rhythmic experience to attend these classes.
