Wednesday's 8pm -- 9pm
What to expect:
- Coach led warm up.
- Strength and fitness circuits (varied each week).
- Skill specific stations and set ups to aid the learning of a specific skill set (varied each week).
- Free time on apparatus under coaches supervision.
If participants would like to work on a specific skill, stations will be set up by coaches focusing on a different skill each week. Alternatively, participants can work independently, under the supervision of coaches, on skills of their choice.
