<p>10 skills from the routine criteria. Must include at least one skill from each list. Skills can be performed in any order. Skills to count once only; eg. if performing a round off flic and a round off tuck back somersault the round off would only count once, therefore these two tumbles would be 3 skills from the criteria.</p>
