HGC will be running a variety of workshops throughout the summer holidays to keep your children busy.

Each workshop will focus on a different set of skills. A variety of stations and progressions will be set up to aid your child in developing the necessary strength, shapes and techniques required to achieve the chosen skill or skills. We can not guarantee that your child will achieve the skill by the end of the workshop but they will gain a better understanding of techniques and progressions to continue working towards it. 

These workshops are open to all children at full time school (5yrs+).

Handstands and Cartwheels Workshop

This workshop is for any child who would like to work on perfecting their handstands and cartwheels. 

Tuesday 1st August 2pm-3.30pm

Walkovers Workshop

This workshop is for any child who would like to work on perfecting their forwards or backwards walkovers.

Children will need to be competent at a handstand and a bridge before booking this workshop. 

Tuesday 8th August 2pm-3.30pm

Basic Tumbling Workshop

This workshop is for any child who would like to work on perfecting their basic tumbling skills including round offs and handsprings.

Children will need to be competent at a handstand and a cartwheel before booking this workshop.

Tuesday 15th August 2pm-3.30pm

Advanced Tumbling Workshop

This workshop is for any child who would like to work on perfecting their advanced tumbling skills including somersaults, aerials and flics.

Children will need to be competent at a handstand, cartwheel and a round off before booking this workshop.

Tuesday 22nd August 2pm-3.30pm

Terms & Conditions

All children attending these classes must already be attending full time school.

Payment will need to be made upon booking the session. Once booked the session payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
