- Hang in a stretch shape for 5 seconds
- Hang in a tuck shape for 5 seconds
- Hang in a star shape for 5 seconds
- Monkey walks along the bar
- Front support hold on a floor bar for 5 seconds
- Climb up wall bars and back down
Level 2
- Hang in a pike shape for 5 seconds
- Hang in a straddle shape for 5 seconds
- Front support hold on bar for 3 seconds
- Float swings on roller x 3
- 3-5 swings with feet together
- Hold chin hold for 3 seconds
Level 3
- Dish hold on floor, holding floor bar for 3 seconds
- Climb walls bars, turn around, three knee lifts in tuck
- Front support, circle forwards
- Change hand monkey walking
- Swings in straddle position
- 3-5 swings with re-grip
Level 4
- One float swing to land
- 3-5 casts on bar
- Climb walls bars, turn around, three leg lifts (to pike minimum)
- Chin up (attempt)
- Climb/jump to squat from front support on floor bar stretch jump off to land
- Climb/jump to straddle from front support on floor bar, fall back to sit on a mat
Level 5
- Chin up, circle over from a block with support
- Reverse grip chin hold for 10 seconds
- Swings with a half turn
- Squat on/climb on low bar to stretch jump off to land
- Straddle swings to land on feet on a mat
- Three float swings to land
Level 6
- Climb on straddle undershoot
- Chin up, circle over without support
- Back hip circle
- Three trolley swings
- Leg lift on wall bar, above 90 degrees
- Chin hold for 10 seconds
