Our Sports Acro squad were invited to compete by L&G in their invitational competition in Camberley. 24 gymnasts enjoyed success competing against 9 other clubs in the region and were delighted to come home with 2 golds, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals. Benjamin Ratcliffe & Alexandra Rogers got the second highest score of the day with a spectacularly well executed routine in the Grade 3 Mixed Pairs while  Manani Imada, Ella Dronfield & Madeline Kent narrowly missed out on bronze by just 0.3 of a point in a very competitive Grade 4 Women's group.  Holly French & Ella Turtle were even closer to a bronze medal missing by just 0.06 of a point in an equally competitive Grade 3 Women's Pairs group.

This is a great encouragement to the gymnasts and their coaches as they continue to prepare for the National Qualifying events in March.

Grade 6 Women's Pairs: Koren Thompson, Emily Steere & Natalie O’Hara – Bronze Medal

Grade 5 Women's Pairs: Aimee Tolhurst & Matilda Tester –  Bronze Medal

Grade 4 Women's Pairs: Zoe Schubert & Ella-Louise Nelson – Silver Medal

Grade 4 Men's Pairs: Nathan Young & Dominic Goddard – Gold Medal

Grade 3 Men's Pairs: Adam Baines & Dominic Smith – Bronze Medal

Grade 3 Mixed Pairs: Benjamin Ratcliffe & Alexandra Rogers – Gold Medal (Second highest score of the day)
