We offer women’s artistic squad sessions, and we are one of only a handful of clubs in the country that offer’s women's artistic gymnastics to an International Level. We have a development programme which caters for gymnasts aged 6 years and up. Our women’s artistic gymnasts train on all four Olympic apparatus and compete at county, regional, nation and international competitions.

Gymnasts for these squads are selected by experienced coaches following an initial trial. The gymnasts are chosen because they demonstrate natural physical requirements and potential. Gymnastics is a demanding sport and squad members and their families need to realise that entry into a squad requires enormous commitment. In order to be successful a squad gymnast will need to attend regularly, be committed to their training programme and develop a high level of self-discipline.
