1 hr Per Week- Floor Routines

Set routine; choice of A or B with 2 additional skills added from the list at the bottom, totalling 6 skills in the routine. Skills 1-4 must be performed in the set order, the additional skills are added to the end, in the order of coach/gymnasts choice.

Routine A

  1. Balance on one leg 
  2. Bunny hop
  3. Star jump
  4. Forward roll

 

1 hour set routine A- video

 

Routine B

  1. Balance on one leg
  2. Handstand/ cartwheel
  3. Half jump turn
  4. Forward roll/ forwards roll to straddle

 

1 hour routine B with handstand and forwards roll- video

1 hour set routine B with cartwheel and forwards roll to straddle- video

2 additional skills from:

Stretch jump, tuck jump, rock and roll, backwards roll, handstand, cartwheel, bridge
