1.5 hrs Per Week- Floor Routine

Set routine with 3 additional skills added from the list at the bottom, totalling 8 skills in the routine. Skills 1-5 must be performed in the set order, the additional skills are added to the end, in the order of coach/gymnasts choice.

Set routine:

  1. Balance on one leg
  2. Half jump turn/ full jump turn
  3. Handstand
  4. Cartwheel/ one handed cartwheel
  5. Backwards roll (to squat, straddle or front support)

 

1.5 hour set routine with half turn jump and cartwheel- video

1.5 hour set routine with full turn jump and one handed cartwheel- video
