Quatro Cup 2015

13 gymnasts competed in Wiltshire at the Quatro Cup on the 24th-26th October. On the Friday Amara McGeachie and Cissy Marlow competed in the Level 4 9yrs section. Amara placed 6th overall and gained a bronze award for vault and beam with team mate Cissy Marlow placing 12th overall with a silver award for beam and a bronze award for vault. Katie Ridley competed in the Level 3 10yrs category placing 8th overall.

Saturdays competition started with the Level 5 9yrs where Phoebe Light placed 7th overall, gaining a bronze award for floor, silver award for vault and a gold award for bars. Elena Jones finished 20th overall and picked up a gold award for bars and bronze awards for floor and vault. Lily Garrard had a few mistakes putting her in 39th overall.  In the Level 5 10 years Isabel Carr finished 11th overall and 3rd on beam, gaining bronze award for beam, bars and floor. Charley Bargman competed in the Level 4 11 years category placing 14th overall and 2nd on floor as well as receiving a bronze award for vault and a silver award for floor. Poppy Griggs finished a respectable 9th overall and 1st place on vault in the Level 4 10 years section as well as receiving a bronze award for her vault.

On Sunday Millie Craven in the Level 4 12 year section finished 15th overall with a 4th place on beam. She also gained a gold award for bars, silver award for beam and a bronze award for vault. Honesty South in the Level 3 11/12 year age group placed 12th overall and 3rd on vault having put out her Tsukahara vault for the first time. Francesca Clark placed 5th overall, 3rd on vault and 3rd on beam as well as picking up a bronze award for floor in the Level 2 12/13 years age group. Finishing off the competition was Scarlett Tidy in the Espoir FIG category where she placed 7th overall with a bronze award for vault and bars.

Horsham finished 6th in the Quatro Cup rankings from all the competing teams for points gained throughout the weekend.
